Protection of children and young people on Suchen Expert

We comply with the legal requirements of the German Youth Media Protection State Treaty (JMStV) and general safety standards. Content, offers or interactions that could endanger children or young people are not permitted on Suchen Expert.
2. Prohibited content and offers
The following are specifically prohibited on our platform:
- Content that violates youth media protection, the Criminal Code or other protective regulations.
- Offers that are unsuitable or dangerous for minors (e.g. age restrictions,
FSK/USK-relevant content).
- Content that glorifies violence, is pornographic, extremist or otherwise harmful to minors.
- Advertising or offers that specifically target minors, even though their content is intended exclusively
for adults.
3. Age restrictions
- Use of Suchen Expert is only permitted from the age of 16.
- Content that is only intended for adult users may only be posted
and viewed by persons aged 18 and over.
- Providers are obliged to correctly indicate and comply with age restrictions.
4. Security in communication
The following principles apply to the protection of young users:
- Harassment, inappropriate comments or manipulative communication will not be tolerated.
- Users can report suspicious messages at any time.
- We reserve the right to take measures such as issuing warnings, blocking accounts or reporting users to the authorities.

If you discover content that violates child and youth protection laws, please use:

6. Prevention and responsibility
