The suchen.expert platform allows users to draw attention to fundraising campaigns or needs for support.
suchen.expert is neither a donation recipient nor a payment service provider and performs no trustee or verification role.
The platform provides only the technical infrastructure.
2. Advertisers’ responsibility
Donation appeals are published under the advertisers’ own responsibility.
Advertisers are responsible in particular for:
- the accuracy of information about the purpose of the donation,
- the proper use of donations,
- compliance with tax, association and charitable-status requirements.
suchen.expert does not verify:
- whether an organisation has charitable status,
- whether donations are tax-deductible,
- how donated funds are used.
3. Information for donors
Donors act on their own responsibility.
Before donating, they are expressly advised to independently obtain information about:
- the recipient,
- the purpose of the donation,
- the trustworthiness of the organisation or individual.
4. Prohibited donation appeals
In particular, the following are prohibited:
