suchen.expert is not an investigative, review or decision-making body and does not replace the police, public prosecutors, courts or other authorities.
The platform serves solely as a platform for connecting users and publishing information.
2. Users’ responsibility
Witness-search listings are created exclusively by users.
The respective advertiser alone is responsible for their content, accuracy and lawfulness.
In particular:
- information must be factual and truthful,
- unsubstantiated accusations or suspicions must not be published,
- third parties’ personality and data protection rights must be respected,
- personal data may be published only with the consent of the person concerned.
3. No substitute for reports to authorities
Using the witness-search feature on suchen.expert does not replace filing a complaint, making a report or giving a statement to the competent authorities.
Legally binding witness statements can be made only within official or judicial proceedings.
4. No prior review – reporting procedure
suchen.expert does not review the lawfulness of listings in advance.
Unlawful or abusive content can be reported at any time using “Report a problem”.
Once we become aware of reported content, it is reviewed and, where appropriate, removed or blocked.
