1. Clear and Accurate Price Information
In the “Reward / Price” field, enter the actual total price or the minimum price at which you are willing to provide the goods or service.
- If goods are sold only in larger quantities, you must not state a unit price.
Example:
Minimum order of 10 items → the total price (e.g. €10) is permitted, not the unit price (e.g. €1 per item).
- The stated price must reflect the actual offer.
2. Use of the Price “€0”
A price of €0 is permitted only if the item or service is genuinely provided free of charge.
A free offer must not involve hidden costs, conditions or anything required in return.
3. Misleading Price Information Is Prohibited
In particular, the following are not permitted:
- Stating €0 when payment is actually expected.
- Combining €0 with wording such as:
“Negotiable price”
“ONO”
“Trade”
“Price on request”
Price information must not be deceptive or ambiguous.
4. Purpose of the Pricing Guidelines
These requirements serve to:
