1. Role of suchen.expert
suchen.expert provides only a technical platform through which users can offer or request services.
suchen.expert is neither a provider, intermediary nor contracting party in the legal relationships established between users.
2. Providers’ own responsibility
Service providers act on their own responsibility.
They must offer only services:
- which they are legally entitled to perform,
- for which they hold any necessary approvals, qualifications or licences,
- and which comply with applicable law (e.g. business, tax, professional or skilled-trades law).
3. No verification by suchen.expert
suchen.expert does not verify:
- providers’ professional qualifications,
- the lawfulness of the services offered,
- prices, the scope of services or contractual terms.
4. Conclusion of contracts and liability
Service contracts are concluded exclusively between the users involved.
The respective provider alone is liable for the content, performance, defects or damage arising from service relationships.
5. Statutory obligations
Commercial providers are themselves responsible for fulfilling their statutory information, tax and consumer-protection obligations (e.g. Section 14 BGB, Section 5 DDG).
