suchen.expert uses an archive system to manage adverts that are no longer active. This article explains how the archive works and what it means for your listings.

What is the archive?
The archive is a section of your user area where adverts are stored once they have expired or been manually moved there. Archived adverts are no longer visible to other users in the search results, but they remain accessible to you in your account.

When does an advert get archived?
An advert is typically moved to the archive when its active period has ended and it has not been renewed. The standard active period for an advert on suchen.expert is 28 days. If automatic renewal is not enabled and the advert is not manually extended, it will expire and be archived after this period.

Can I still see my archived adverts?
Yes. You can access your archived adverts at any time through your user area. Look for the "Archive" section or tab within "My Adverts". From there, you can view the details of each archived advert.

Can I reactivate an archived advert?
Yes, in most cases you can repost an archived advert. This allows you to bring the advert back online without having to recreate it from scratch. The reposted advert will go through the review process again before becoming visible to other users.

How long are adverts kept in the archive?
Archived adverts are kept in your account for a defined period. If you wish to keep a record of an advert's content for future reference, we recommend saving the details externally, as archived adverts may eventually be permanently deleted after an extended period of inactivity.
