If your advert is not showing under the "Active" tab in your user area on suchen.expert, there are several possible explanations. This article explains what the different statuses mean and what you can do.
What does it mean if my advert is not on the Active tab?
The "Active" tab displays all adverts that are currently live and visible to other users. If your advert is not listed there, it is either still awaiting review, has been deactivated, has expired, or has been rejected.
Advert is pending review
If you recently submitted your advert, it may still be in the review queue. Newly submitted adverts are reviewed before they go live. Check the "Pending" or "Under review" section of your user area to see if this is the case. Once reviewed and approved, the advert will move to the "Active" tab automatically.
Advert has been deactivated
If you previously deactivated your advert manually, or if it was deactivated due to inactivity or a policy issue, it will appear in the "Inactive" section. To reactivate it, open the advert and select the reactivation option. It will be submitted for review again before going live.
Advert has expired
Adverts have a standard active period of 28 days. If this period has elapsed and automatic renewal was not enabled, the advert will have expired and will no longer appear on the "Active" tab. You can republish it manually if needed.
Advert has been rejected
If your advert was rejected during the review process, it will not appear on the "Active" tab. Check your notifications for details about the rejection reason, revise your advert accordingly, and resubmit it.
