If you have previously blocked a user on suchen.expert and would like to allow them to contact you again, you can unblock them at any time through your account settings or conversation options.
How to unblock a user
There are two ways to unblock a user. The first is through the blocked conversation: find the conversation with the blocked user in your messaging inbox, open it, and look for the unblock option in the conversation settings or options menu. Select "Unblock" and confirm your choice. The second way is through your account settings: navigate to the privacy or blocking settings in your user area, find the list of blocked users, and remove the user from the list.
What happens after unblocking?
Once you unblock a user, they will be able to send you messages again through suchen.expert. The existing conversation history, if any, should remain accessible. The user is not notified that they have been unblocked.
Should I unblock a user who sent inappropriate messages?
If you blocked a user because of inappropriate or abusive behaviour, we recommend keeping them blocked and reporting the incident to our support team if you have not already done so. Unblocking should only be done if you are confident that contact with the user is appropriate.
