When may several items be offered together?
In principle, several items may be offered or given away in one advert if they form a single, clearly described offer.
This is possible in two cases in particular:
- They are several actually identical copies of the same item.
- They are different items that belong together as a coherent set or package.
The essential point is that the title, description, images, price and selected category all reflect the same actual offer. One advert is not suitable for combining arbitrary, unrelated items from different categories.

Multiple identical copies of an item
Multiple copies may be grouped together in a single advert if their essential characteristics match.
Please state clearly:
- which item is being offered,
- how many copies are available,
- whether all copies are of the same version,
- whether the condition and the items included are the same,
- whether individual items or only the entire quantity will be handed over,
- whether the stated price applies to a single item, a specific quantity or all items together,
- whether, in the case of a free giveaway, individual items or the entire lot are being given away.
Example of a clear title:
- “10 identical white T-shirts, size M”
If the size, colour, model, condition, function or items included differ, the items may no longer be identical. In this case, separate adverts are often clearer or necessary.

Related items as a set or bundle
Different items can be offered together if they form a recognisable complete set. Examples might include a table with matching chairs, a matching series of books, a tool set or a pair of jeans with a matching belt.
Make it clear in the title or at the start of the description that this is a set, bundle or collection.
In particular, describe:
- exactly which items are included in the offer,
- how many components are included,
- the condition of the individual components,
- whether any accessories are included,
- whether any parts are missing, damaged or have been replaced,
- whether any items shown in the photos are not included in the offer,
- whether the set will be handed over only in full,
- what the stated price refers to.
Example of a clear title:
- “Jeans and matching belt as a set”
Before making an enquiry, interested parties must be able to see what they will receive and whether the price or free handover applies to the entire set.

When are separate adverts required or more appropriate?
Create separate adverts if the items do not form a clear, combined offer or if they each require different details.
This applies in particular to cases where:
- the items must be classified under different types or categories,
- the items are offered independently of one another,
- each product requires its own price,
- size, colour, model or function differ,
- the condition or scope of delivery differs significantly,
- the items are available in different locations,
- the offers are aimed at different interested parties,
- a single title cannot clearly describe the actual content.
An advert containing an arbitrary mixed assortment may be confusing for interested parties and difficult to assign to the correct category.
Do not use one inexpensive or free item as a hook if the advert actually contains mainly other offers.

Should a set be offered as a complete set or individually?
Clearly specify which form of offer applies to the advert:
- The complete set will be handed over only as a whole.
- The individual components are offered separately.
- The set and individual components are offered in clearly separate adverts.
If components are offered both together and individually, the price, description and availability must remain clear at all times. At the same time, avoid having active adverts where the same individual item appears to be available multiple times.
If a component is sold, given away or reserved, update all affected adverts immediately. A set that is no longer complete must not continue to be offered as complete.

Formulate the title and description clearly
The title should describe the shared contents concisely and objectively. Where possible, state the quantity for identical items. Explicitly label a group of items that belong together as a set, bundle or collection.
The description should answer the following questions:
- Which items are included?
- How many copies or components are available?
- Will the items be handed over together or individually?
- What sizes, colours, models or versions are available?
- What is the condition of the items?
- What known defects are there?
- Which accessories are included in the offer?
- Which items shown in the images are not included?
- What price applies to which quantity or combination?
- Are any individual items reserved or already taken?
Avoid contradictory information. A set title, a unit price in the price field and an unclear description may prevent interested parties from understanding what is actually being offered.

State the price or free handover correctly
The price field and description must refer to the same offer.
Make it clear whether the stated amount applies:
- to the entire set,
- to a single item,
- to a specific number of items,
- to all available items combined.
When giving items away for free, the following should also be made clear:
- whether all items are only being given away as a set,
- whether individual identical items can be selected,
- whether there is a specific limit per person,
- whether individual items have already been allocated or reserved.
Do not use sample, bait or placeholder prices that make the advert appear cheaper than the actual offer. Mandatory additional costs or conditions must not be communicated only after an enquiry.

Which images should I use?
The images must show the complete offer actually being advertised and must match the title and description.
For a set, you should use:
- an overview image showing all items included,
- supplementary individual shots of the components,
- detailed images of key features,
- clear images of any damage or signs of wear.
Where there are several identical items, the images and description should make it clear what quantity and version are being offered.
Use your own, up-to-date and informative images of the actual items. Stock images, manufacturer images or images from other sellers may give a false impression of the condition, version and contents of the package.
Remove or replace images of items that are no longer part of the offer. Also, ensure that you do not display any unnecessary personal or confidential information.

Select the appropriate type, category and location
All items offered together must be able to be described appropriately under the selected type and category.
Please note:
- The search function only searches the type the user is currently viewing.
- An incorrect type may prevent the right interested parties from finding the advert.
- The category must match the actual focus of the offer.
- The location specified must correspond to the actual location or the handover point.
- Different locations should not be combined in one offer without a clear explanation.
If there is no common type or suitable category for all items, create separate adverts.

Keep availability and contents up to date
Update the advert as soon as the quantity, composition or availability changes.
After a handover or reservation, check:
- the number of items still available,
- the list of items included,
- price details,
- details of the condition,
- images of components already handed over,
- information regarding reservations,
- title and preview image.
Do not subsequently replace the items originally offered with other products or services. The advert must represent the same, clearly described offer throughout its entire publication period.
If the original offer is no longer valid, only amend it using the options provided for this purpose or deactivate it.

Avoid duplicate and conflicting offers
Do not publish the same offer multiple times in different categories, types or locations.
Even slightly altered titles, images or prices do not automatically turn adverts with identical content into different offers.
If separate adverts are required, each should describe a clearly defined item, a specific variant or a standalone set.
Pay particular attention to the following:
- that the same individual item is not listed as available more than once,
- that the set offer and individual offers do not contradict one another,
- that components which have been sold or given away are no longer advertised,
- that no duplicates are created to circumvent a review or rejection.

What should be checked before submission?
Before submitting, check that:
- The items offered together are in fact identical or form a coherent set.
- The title, description, price and images all relate to the same offer.
- The quantity and availability are up to date.
- The unit price and total price are clearly matched.
- All components of a set are listed.
- The images show the items actually being offered.
- Any defects and significant differences are described.
- The type, category and location match the complete offer.
- There are no contradictory or nearly identical duplicates.
- Items that are unavailable or unrelated are not included in the advert.

Review and publication
A newly created or amended advert can be reviewed prior to publication. Even a complete and clear description does not guarantee automatic publication or processing within a specific timeframe.
If the advert is rejected, please read the reason given and correct the relevant details specifically. Do not resubmit it unchanged, and do not create slightly altered duplicates in an attempt to bypass the review process.

When should I contact support?
Use the contact form if you are unsure whether several items form a single offer or which category should be used.
Please specify, where possible:
- which items are to be offered,
- whether they are identical or form a set,
- whether they are to be handed over together or individually,
- how many items are available,
- which price should be used,
- which type and category are intended,
- whether other adverts already exist for these items.
Support can review the specific case. Publication or a particular review time cannot, however, be guaranteed.
