As a data subject, you have various rights under the GDPR. Whether a right applies, and to what extent, depends on the relevant legal requirements.

Access, copy and rectification
You may request information about whether personal data concerning you is being processed and, if so, which data. This includes, in particular, information about the purposes, categories of data, recipients, retention period and source of the data. You may also request a copy of the personal data being processed. You can have inaccurate data rectified and incomplete data completed. You can also update many details directly in your user account.

Erasure and restriction of processing
You may request erasure of your data if one of the statutory conditions is met, for example if the data is no longer needed or is being processed unlawfully. Legal obligations or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims may preclude erasure. Under the conditions set out in Article 18 of the GDPR, you may also request restriction of processing.

Data portability
You may receive data that you have provided yourself and that is processed by automated means on the basis of consent or a contract in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. Where technically feasible, this data may be transmitted directly to another controller. This must not adversely affect the rights and freedoms of others.

Withdrawal of consent, objection and complaint
You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. You may object to direct marketing at any time; your data will then no longer be processed for that purpose. If you suspect an infringement of the GDPR, you may lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.

How to exercise your rights
Send your request to datenschutz@suchen.technology. As a rule, requests are answered without undue delay and within one month at the latest. For complex or numerous requests, this period may be extended by up to two further months; you will be informed of this within the first month. Additional information may be required to verify your identity. Exercising your rights is generally free of charge. Further details can be found in Section 14 of the Privacy Policy.
