What Cloudflare does for suchen.expert
Cloudflare provides network and security services that help suchen.expert deliver and protect the website. Incoming requests may undergo technical checks before they reach suchen.expert's systems.
This makes it possible, among other things, to detect and limit automated access, unusually high numbers of requests and technically conspicuous request patterns. This contributes to the platform's security, stability and availability.
Cloudflare provides an additional layer of protection. The service is not a substitute for a secure password or for protecting your email account, device and active sessions. No single service can guarantee complete protection against every attack or technical disruption.
What security checks may be displayed
Many checks run automatically in the background. In certain circumstances, however, an interstitial page, a browser check or a task requiring brief confirmation may appear.
Not every Cloudflare check is a traditional CAPTCHA. Some checks are completed without a visible task. The check that appears may depend, among other things, on the page accessed, the browser, the connection, the network and the security signals currently detected.
The check assesses the current request and its technical environment. It does not confirm a person's identity and is not a substitute for signing in to suchen.expert.
Successfully completing a Cloudflare check does not activate an account or grant additional account permissions. Further information can be found in How does suchen.expert protect my account during login and authorisation?
Why a check may appear again
A repeated check does not automatically mean that your account has been compromised or blocked or that you are accused of wrongdoing.
Possible technical triggers include:
- an unstable internet connection or one that changes during the check,
- a shared IP address,
- a VPN, proxy or corporate network,
- many requests made in quick succession,
- an outdated or unsupported browser,
- disabled JavaScript,
- blocked or regularly deleted cookies,
- browser extensions that block required scripts or connections,
- an embedded browser within an app or email program,
- an unusual or apparently automated browser configuration.
The exact cause cannot be reliably inferred from the displayed check alone.
How to complete a normal check safely
Open suchen.expert using the known address and check your browser's address bar. Proceed only with a check that appears in connection with the page that you opened.
Wait until the check has finished, and perform any displayed confirmation only once. Frequently reloading the page or making many sign-in attempts in quick succession may cause the check to start again.
A Cloudflare security check requires neither your suchen.expert password nor your Google password. It also does not require a PIN, TAN, card verification number, payment details or one-time sign-in codes.
Do not install programs, certificates or browser extensions merely because an alleged security check asks you to do so. A request for payment or for you to make contact by telephone is also not part of a normal browser check.
What you can do if a check repeats or does not finish
Proceed step by step:
1. Wait briefly and then reload the page once.
2. Check whether your internet connection is stable.
3. Use an up-to-date browser and restart it if necessary.
4. Make sure that JavaScript is enabled.
5. Allow the cookies and local browser storage required for suchen.expert.
6. As a test, open suchen.expert in a private browser window or another up-to-date browser.
7. Check whether content blockers, ad blockers, script blockers or particularly strict privacy extensions are affecting the page.
8. Check whether your device's date, time and time zone are set correctly.
9. Where permitted, test another trusted device or network.
10. Only as a further step, specifically clear the stored website data for suchen.expert and then open the page again.
Clearing the website data may sign you out. Locally stored settings may also be lost.
A test with another browser, device or network can help narrow down the cause. However, it does not guarantee that the check will no longer appear.
Test browser extensions cautiously
Content blockers, ad blockers, script blockers and some privacy extensions may block resources required for the security check.
Pause a suspected extension only as a test, preferably one at a time and only for the affected website. Enable it again after the test.
Do not permanently disable your firewall, antivirus software or other important security features. Do not bypass any requirements of a managed corporate, school or public-authority network either.
VPNs, proxies and managed networks
A VPN or proxy may trigger additional checks. If the IP address being used changes during the process, a check that has already started may not be completed correctly.
Disable a VPN or proxy for testing only if doing so is safe on your device and permitted under the requirements that apply to you. Afterwards, use only a trusted network.
On a corporate, school or public-authority network, central filters and security policies may affect access. Do not change or bypass such settings yourself. If necessary, contact the responsible administrators.
Do not use automated methods to bypass checks
Do not try to bypass the check using scripts, automated browsers, another person's session cookies or so-called CAPTCHA-solving services.
Such services may put your session and connection data at risk. They may also trigger further security checks or breach applicable terms of use.
Do not use another person's sign-in details, cookies or security information either.
If the check was successful but sign-in still does not work
A completed Cloudflare check means only that the current technical request was able to proceed. A separate problem with sign-in or authorisation may still exist.
Possible causes include:
- an incorrect email address or password,
- using a different Google account from the one used for registration,
- account activation that has not yet been completed,
- an expired session,
- an account-related security check,
- a temporary technical disruption,
- a restriction on individual account functions.
Do not create a new account to bypass an existing restriction or check.
Cloudflare and suchen.expert support
Cloudflare provides the technology used for the technical checks. Cloudflare support does not manage your suchen.expert account and cannot change account details, permissions or restrictions.
If you have a persistent access problem, contact suchen.expert using the official contact form.
To help support understand the problem, provide the following where possible:
- the affected page or its full URL,
- the date and approximate time, including the time zone,
- the browser and browser version,
- the operating system and device type,
- the exact wording of the message,
- the steps taken immediately before the message appeared,
- any displayed error code or Ray ID,
- whether a VPN, proxy or managed network was used,
- the result of a test with another browser, device or network.
A Ray ID can help classify a specific request technically. However, it is not a substitute for specifying the time, page and error message.
A redacted screenshot may also be helpful. First obscure email addresses, messages, payment details and other personal data that is not needed.
Information that you should not send to support
Never send:
- passwords,
- one-time confirmation or sign-in codes,
- complete activation or reset links,
- cookies or session keys,
- access tokens,
- PINs, TANs or payment details,
- identity documents that were not expressly requested.
Browser logs, console output and HAR files may contain sensitive information. Provide such files only in response to a specific request and through a secure transmission channel intended for that purpose. Check and redact the files carefully beforehand.
Data protection during Cloudflare checks
During a security check, technical connection, browser and device information, security identifiers and cookies may be processed, depending on the function used. This may include, for example, the IP address, the time of a request, the requested page and technical details about the browser environment.
Details of the data processed in connection with suchen.expert can be found in the Privacy Policy. Cloudflare provides additional information in its Privacy Policy.
Further technical guidance can be found in the official Cloudflare help on recurring or failed checks.
