Manage multiple adverts under ‘My adverts’
Open ‘My adverts’. Your adverts are displayed there in the ‘Active’, ‘Pending’, ‘Rejected’, ‘Deactivated’ and ‘Archived’ sections, depending on their status.
First, select the section containing the adverts you want. The available actions may depend on the current status:
- ‘Active’ contains adverts that are currently visible to the public.
- ‘Pending’ contains submitted adverts that have not yet been processed or reviewed.
- ‘Rejected’ contains adverts that have not been approved for publication.
- ‘Deactivated’ contains adverts that have been temporarily removed from public view.
- ‘Archived’ contains adverts whose active publication period has expired.
Carry out a bulk action within the section currently open. Adverts with different statuses may not be selectable together or editable in the same way.

Select up to eight adverts
You can select up to eight adverts for bulk editing. If you wish to edit more adverts, carry out the action in several groups, one after the other.
Proceed as follows:
- Open the relevant section under ‘My adverts’.
- Tick the selection box next to each advert you wish to select.
- Select a maximum of eight adverts for a single bulk operation.
- Check the title, image, status and, where applicable, the advert ID of each selected entry.
- Check that only the adverts you actually want are selected.
The user interface marks selected adverts, for example with a tick, coloured highlighting or a highlighted border. What matters is the selection currently visible, rather than any particular colour or presentation.

Use ‘Select all’ carefully
If ‘Select all’ is displayed, you can use it to select several adverts in the current overview. Afterwards, always check how many adverts were actually selected and which ones they are.
Depending on the current view, the selection may refer to the open section, the visible page or a filtered result. Therefore, do not assume without checking that all adverts in the user account have been selected.
If more adverts are selected than can be edited together, split the editing into smaller groups.

Distinguish between deactivating and deleting
The two actions have different consequences:
- When an advert is deactivated, it is removed from public view.
- A deactivated advert remains in the user account.
- A deactivated advert can be reactivated later using the function provided for this purpose.
- When an advert is deleted, it is removed from the standard advert management system.
- A deleted advert cannot be restored using the normal reactivation function.
- If you wish to republish deleted content, you must create a new advert and submit it again.
Use ‘Deactivate’ if you only want to temporarily hide an advert from public view or if you may need the saved details later. Only use ‘Delete’ if you wish to permanently remove the selected entries.

Deactivate multiple adverts at once
To deactivate several active adverts at once:
- Under ‘My adverts’, open the ‘Active’ section.
- Select the desired adverts using the checkboxes provided.
- Check that your selection is complete.
- Select the bulk action ‘Deactivate’.
- Read any confirmation message that may appear.
- Do not confirm the action until you are sure the number and selection are correct.
- Then check whether the relevant adverts appear under ‘Deactivated’.
Deactivating an advert is useful, for example, if an item has been reserved or is temporarily unavailable, a service is temporarily not being offered, or details need to be revised first.
Further information can be found under ‘How do I deactivate my listing?’

Delete multiple adverts at once
To delete several adverts at once:
- Open the section containing the relevant adverts.
- Select only the entries that are to be permanently removed.
- Double-check the title and status of each selected advert.
- Select the bulk action ‘Delete’.
- Compare the number displayed in any confirmation screen with your selection.
- Only confirm the deletion after carrying out this check.
- Then check that the selected adverts no longer appear in the management section.
Deletion is usually permanent. Further guidance can be found under ‘How do I delete my advert?’
If you want to republish deleted content, see ‘How can I recreate and republish a deleted advert?’

Back up important information before deleting
Before carrying out a bulk deletion, check whether you might need any details from the adverts at a later date.
If necessary, save:
- the title and description,
- your own photos,
- advert IDs,
- price and availability details,
- invoices or booking confirmations for optional services,
- information required for recreating the advert later,
- details of any ongoing contacts or arrangements.
Do not delete an advert if temporary deactivation is sufficient. Once deleted, you should not assume that text, images or other details will remain accessible.

Check your selection immediately before confirming
A bulk action affects all adverts selected at that time. You should therefore check the following immediately before proceeding:
- whether ‘Deactivate’ or ‘Delete’ has been selected,
- whether the number displayed is plausible,
- that no incorrect adverts have been selected,
- that no advert which is still needed has been selected,
- whether the consequences for visibility and restoration are clear,
- whether information regarding durations or optional services is displayed.
If the number is unexpected or you cannot clearly identify the selection, cancel the process and reselect the adverts.

Handle other statuses correctly
Deleting or deactivating is not the appropriate action for every status:
- A pending advert may still be being processed or reviewed. Do not create a second, identical advert whilst this is ongoing.
- A rejected advert should be edited based on the reason given and resubmitted.
- A deactivated advert can be republished using the activation function provided.
- An archived advert can be reactivated using the function provided for this purpose.
- An active advert can be temporarily deactivated or deleted if it is to be permanently withdrawn.
For information on editing rejected adverts, see ‘How do I edit a rejected advert and resubmit it?’

Check for automatic publication and optional services
Before deactivating or deleting, check whether automatic publication or a paid optional service has been activated for any of the selected adverts.
Do not assume without checking that:
- deactivation automatically pauses the remaining duration,
- subsequent reactivation continues the previous remaining duration unchanged,
- a booked highlight feature is transferred to another advert,
- deletion automatically results in a refund.
The information shown for the advert and before the relevant action is authoritative. Clarify any unclear bookings with the support team before permanently deleting the advert.

Check the result after the action
After the bulk action, open or refresh ‘My adverts’ and check the relevant sections.
Check:
- whether deactivated adverts appear under ‘Deactivated’,
- whether deleted adverts are no longer listed,
- whether unselected adverts have remained unchanged,
- whether an error message was displayed,
- whether only some of the selected adverts may have been processed.
Do not repeat the action immediately if the result is unclear. First refresh the page and check the statuses again so that no further adverts are affected accidentally.

If bulk editing does not work
If no bulk selection is displayed, edit the adverts individually. Also check that you are in the correct section and that the desired action is available for the relevant status.
If the displayed number is incorrect, an action was carried out only in part or the new status remains unclear, contact the support team via the contact form.
Please include the following details:
- the section you were using,
- the action selected,
- the number of adverts affected,
- the advert IDs, if available,
- the date and approximate time,
- the exact wording of any error message displayed.
